We partner with big 3 consulting firms to design, develop, and maintain complex, heterogeneous, and client facing web-based automation systems that deliver social and welfare benefits to millions of families, nationwide. To develop such highly complex web applications we need professionals with broad range of experience and skills ranging from subject matter experts, computer programmers, project managers, tester, systems analysts and others. Job Title: Build Engineer (Job ID# 1478)

Location: Richardson, TX

Job Description: Manage full application stacks from OS up through presentation layer. Conduct Software development programming using .NET/C# framework, Java, Node.js, Python, and SQL and supporting web technologies.  Use scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, PERL, and Python for automation of administrative tasks.  Ability to automate build and deployment of .NET/C# using Azure Pipeline and other supporting tools such as PowerShell, Python, YAML. Ability to automate build and deployment of Java components using latest DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Maven and ANT. Deploy tools across the continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline. Integrate solutions with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products using Web service and application programing interface (API) techniques.  Ability to install infrastructure using Linux/Unix administration. Create and test different databases like SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2016, Oracle 11g/12c, AWS RDS and open sour databases like Mongo DB and NoSQL.  Ability to utilize API and Gateway functions like Lambda and API Gateway.  Configure and manage container-based deployments on Docker using tool like Kubernetes.  Participate in the full software development life cycle including analysis, design, coding, testing and promotion into Production.  Implement systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.  Proficient in system maintenance, with strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, monitoring, performance measurements, change management as well as issue management in a multi-platform environment.  Knowledge and understanding of cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking.  Knowledge of system design and development used within Service Oriented Architecture with proficiency in web services integration (SOAP/REST, Web API, JS, JSP, WSDL, JAXWS).

Education: Requires a master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.

Additional Information:

Location: Richardson, TX. Job will require travel to unanticipated client sites. Employee should also be willing to re-locate to client location for short term assignments, as well as long term assignments. 40 hours per week. M-F.
