Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather and analyze business information, user needs, processes, and operational requirements to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
- Develop process documentation, procedures, reports, analyses, and recommendations to support business and technology initiatives.
- Support data management and system-related activities, including data collection, processing, validation, reporting, and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions, evaluate results, maintain documentation, and support ongoing process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, systems analysis, data analysis, or a related professional field. |
| Technical Skills | Business Analysis Tools, Data Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Reporting, Database Concepts, Workflow Management, Microsoft Office |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, Requirements Management, Data Management, Stakeholder Management, Operational Analysis |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
