Job Title: Systems Administrator

Required Qualifications:

• Monitor applications and infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively respond to incidents.
• Coordinate and support major incident triage, bridge calls, and post-incident reviews.
• Administer and operate ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Create, maintain, and enhance application service maps and CMDB data quality.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and known error documentation.
• Automate repetitive monitoring and remediation tasks using scripting tools.
• Track and report operational KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, and incident trends.
• Support 24x7x365 operations, including after-hours and on-call coverage as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
