Required Qualifications:

• Provide post-production support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM, Onboarding, and EC.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests (CRs).
• Support system enhancements, releases, and refresh activities.
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure system stability and adherence to support processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
