Job Title: Accounting Manager (CPA)

Required Qualifications:

• Provide accounting advisory support to clients, including implementation of new accounting standards.
• Assist with SEC regulatory filings (IPO, spin-offs, carve-outs, debt offerings, M&A transactions)
• Support GAAP and IFRS financial reporting conversions.
• Provide accounting and reporting assistance for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex .financing structures.
• Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Support financial planning and long-term forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
