Required Qualifications:

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to complete projects and service requests, ensuring deliverables meet organizational standards.
• Develop and review project documentation including requirements, design specifications, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Analyze business and technical systems to identify issues and support solution implementation and troubleshooting.
• Manage project scope, monitor deliverables, and assist with system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify potential project risks and challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review organizational policies, procedures, and standards to assess their impact on automated systems and business processes.
• Support project tracking and reporting activities, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful system deployment and adoption.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
