Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with State Government programs with knowledge / hands on experience in design, development, testing, and deployment of large scale web based automated integrated eligibility, Medicaid, child support, welfare and similar systems.
• Strong experience in manual testing and QA processes.
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans.
• Knowledge of software testing life cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
• Good understanding of web and application testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
