Job Title: Lead AEM Developer

Required Qualifications:

• Lead the design and development of solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms.
• Convert and migrate legacy forms from Adobe LiveCycle Designer 6.3 to AEM Forms (Adaptive and HTML forms).
• Develop and maintain AEM Forms user interfaces, components, and workflows.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend services with AEM applications.
• Design and implement form-based solutions for websites and portal user interfaces.
• Collaborate with business analysts, designers, and developers to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
• Implement and integrate Adobe Sign for digital signature workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AEM applications and forms.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to development teams.
• Participate in SDLC processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
