Job Title: Enhancements Lead

Required Qualifications:

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Integrated Eligibility system enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform system impact analysis for new enhancements and changes.
• Manage and guide a team of analysts through the full SDLC lifecycle.
• Coordinate with development and testing teams for successful implementation.
• Develop and manage Level of Effort (LOE) estimates for enhancements.
• Conduct design sessions and workshops with stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality documentation including requirements, workflows, and design artifacts.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
• Mentor and coach team members on functional design and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
