Required Qualifications:
- Provide daily telephone and web-based support to healthcare organizations
- Deliver data upload training to ensure successful system functionality
- Troubleshoot EHR/EMR interface and data upload issues
- Collaborate with Field Trainers to resolve technical challenges
- Monitor and analyze system logs (PPU logs) for errors and performance issues
- Identify and resolve connectivity and data exchange problems
- Conduct remote training sessions for healthcare providers’ staff
- Create and maintain training materials and technical documentation
- Support onboarding and expansion of new data upload sites
- Communicate with clients to resolve delinquent or failed data uploads
- Track and report system performance, issues, and resolutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution
- Maintain regular communication via emails, calls, and meetings
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
