Job Title: Training & Technical Documentation Specialist

Required Qualifications:

  • Design, develop, and implement training curricula and programs
  • Create instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning modules, job aids, and videos
  • Develop clear and concise technical and business documentation
  • Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly training materials
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to gather requirements
  • Support process improvement, optimization, and training effectiveness initiatives
  • Organize and maintain documentation and training content repositories
  • Deliver training sessions across various software applications and tools
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of all training and documentation materials
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for content creation
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines
  • Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity and accuracy
  • Adapt training content based on user feedback and business needs
  • Follow best practices in instructional design and content development
  • Work in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote) as per project requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
