Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Franklin, TN /Remote

Required Qualifications:
- Handle incoming calls and user support requests professionally
- Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide initial resolution
- Triage and escalate issues to appropriate support teams
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain user satisfaction
- Work night shifts and weekend rotational schedules (CST hours)
- Handle high call volumes efficiently
- Utilize IVR and telephony systems for call handling (preferred)
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
- Follow standard service desk processes and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
