Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with OpenText LoadRunner and performance testing tools
• Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, and APM tools
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with JIRA and JAMA
• Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner (Web HTTP/HTML, Web Services – SOAP/REST, Tru Client)
• Create and execute load and stress test scenarios using Performance Center / LoadRunner Enterprise (LRE)
• Monitor test executions and analyze system performance metrics
• Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis
• Create dashboards and reports using Dynatrace and Splunk
• Write SQL queries to extract test data and troubleshoot issues
• Analyze Java applications including thread dumps, heap dumps, and memory usage

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
