Job Title: Salesforce Support Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Provide on-site support to end users for CWIS/PATH system
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues
- Act as liaison between business users, IT teams, and help desk
- Escalate complex issues through appropriate channels
- Deliver end-user training and assist with training material development
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and feedback
- Support system rollout activities and post-implementation assistance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn Salesforce-based platforms
- Experience in application support or help desk environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
