Job Title: Work Plan Analyst

Required Qualifications:
- Develop, update, and maintain integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project
- Analyze project schedules to identify dependencies, risks, inconsistencies, and critical path issues
- Coordinate with 15+ workstream leads to gather, validate, and track project status and deliverables
- Monitor progress against timelines, flag delays, and escalate risks proactively
- Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
- Translate complex project updates into clear visuals and presentations
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and support decision-making across teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and project scheduling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with risk analysis, dependency tracking, and release planning
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio and Power BI for reporting and visualization
- Knowledge of project management best practices (PMP or equivalent experience preferred)
- Experience with Medicaid or Integrated Eligibility (IE) projects is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
