Required Qualifications:

• Develop, update, and maintain integrated master schedules using Microsoft Project
• Analyze project schedules to identify dependencies, risks, inconsistencies, and critical path issues
• Coordinate with 15+ workstream leads to gather, validate, and track project status and deliverables
• Monitor progress against timelines, flag delays, and escalate risks proactively
• Generate schedule reports, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
• Translate complex project updates into clear visuals and presentations
• Facilitate schedule review meetings and support decision-making across teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and project scheduling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with risk analysis, dependency tracking, and release planning
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio and Power BI for reporting and visualization
• Knowledge of project management best practices (PMP or equivalent experience preferred)
• Experience with Medicaid or Integrated Eligibility (IE) projects is highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
