Job Title: OpCon Administrator

Required Qualifications:
- Administer and monitor OpCon schedules, jobs, calendars, and dependencies.
- Perform daily health checks and manage job queues to meet batch processing windows and SLAs.
- Execute workload recovery activities including reruns, restarts, holds/releases, and backouts.
- Troubleshoot job failures using logs, return codes, and runtime metrics; escalate issues with proper analysis.
- Build and maintain OpCon components such as job definitions, schedules, calendars, resources, and event triggers.
- Support batch operations on Linux/UNIX systems.
- Collaborate with teams to implement changes following incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by reducing recurring issues and enhancing monitoring, alerting, and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of batch processing concepts including job chains, dependencies, calendars, and critical paths.
- Experience with Linux/UNIX platforms.
- Experience optimizing batch performance and workload scheduling.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
