Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and support.
• In-depth knowledge of US Payroll processes including FICA, Social Security, Medicare, Federal, State, and local taxes.
• Experience handling Year-End activities such as W2 configuration, tax reconciliation, and reporting.
• Familiarity with OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Absence Management, and Finance costing integration.
• Strong understanding of Fusion Payroll architecture and quarterly releases.
• Experience in functional design documentation and business process mapping.
• Hands-on experience in testing (UAT, regression, system testing) and defect management.
• Experience with data conversion, reporting, and interface development.
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
