Required Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, or L&D/Training
• Design and deliver training materials (manuals, job aids, eLearning modules, webinars)
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop effective learning strategies
• Provide training using LMS tools (PeopleSoft ELM or similar) and track effectiveness
• Support SDLC phases to align training with system functionality and business processes
• Create scenario-based training environments reflecting real business workflows
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance training solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and instructional design skills with ability to train diverse users

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
