Job Title: Risk Management & Governance Consultant

Required Qualifications:

• Design and implement risk registers and risk management frameworks
• Develop and apply risk scoring and prioritization models
• Establish and enhance governance processes, workflows, and controls
• Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation planning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive risk awareness and enablement
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and provide actionable insights
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support enterprise risk and governance programs in a cross-functional environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
