Job Title: IT Project Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Lead end-to-end IT project management including planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Manage and deliver projects related to Genesys Contact Center solutions
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices
• Work with CRM platforms such as SAP C4C and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Drive process improvements and ensure efficient project execution
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and communication across teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
