Job Title: QA Tester

Required Qualifications:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements and user stories
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application quality
• Validate APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations using tools like Postman
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
• Manage defect lifecycle and participate in defect triage discussions
• Work within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, including accessibility and usability testing
• Support automation testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python)
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
