Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development.
• Experience with defect analysis, root cause investigation, and production support.
• Ability to perform data validation and reporting activities.
• Perform defect triage, analysis, and prioritization across multiple systems and applications.
• Investigate root causes of production issues and recommend effective resolution strategies.
• Design and document business and technical solutions for defects, enhancements, and work items.
• Develop and execute data validation and integrity processes to ensure accurate system performance.
• Support Maintenance & Operations (M&O) activities including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and minor enhancements.
• Create and maintain SQL queries for reporting, validation, and proactive data monitoring.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in requirements gathering, system analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, and support materials as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
