Job Title: PMO Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Support PMO processes, project coordination, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist with schedule management, resource planning, and project tracking.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Track project risks, issues, action items, and mitigation plans.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding activities for project team members.
• Coordinate team logistics, office activities, and collaboration efforts.
• Maintain project artifacts including RTM, status reports, and tracking dashboards.
• Experience with PMO support, project coordination, or project administration.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Project, and Visio.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with project tracking and collaboration tools such as ADO and Confluence is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
