Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Create and manage user stories, workflows, and business process documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions
• Perform quality assurance activities and support system testing efforts
• Develop and review test cases, test plans, and change requests
• Review project deliverables including charters, design documents, and risk assessments
• Troubleshoot application and system issues and recommend solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support SDLC activities from requirements gathering through implementation
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting
• Utilize Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for tracking and collaboration

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
