Required Qualifications:

• Experience in candidate sourcing and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and LinkedIn recruiting
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Strategic Sourcing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement activities
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications based on job requirements
• Track candidate interactions and sourcing activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Experience supporting enterprise or professional services recruiting

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
