Required Qualifications:

• Provide infrastructure support for enterprise systems including cloud, network, and server environments
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems
• Manage and support cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS environments
• Monitor LAN/WAN and internet systems for availability and performance
• Perform system maintenance to ensure continuous service uptime
• Support application deployment and infrastructure provisioning activities
• Manage server, storage (logical & physical), and virtualization platforms (VMware)
• Implement and maintain network security controls to protect systems and data
• Administer Active Directory, user access, and authentication services
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Terraform/HCL
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues across environments
• Monitor website and system performance to ensure reliability
• Support cross-platform integration and infrastructure coordination
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices
• Work in both cloud and on-prem environments as part of a distributed team
• Support 24×7 mission-critical systems with occasional off-hours work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
