Required Qualifications:

  • Lead implementation and configuration of Workday Core HR and Compensation modules
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Configure business processes, compensation plans, and organizational structures
  • Support end-to-end Workday implementation activities including testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions
  • Support data validation, reporting, and system integration activities
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing implementation support
  • Experience with Workday HCM Core HR and Compensation implementations
  • Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification
  • Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification
  • Experience with Higher Education ERP implementation projects
  • Multiple full-cycle Workday Higher Education ERP implementations
  • Experience working in hybrid project environments
  • Knowledge of HR processes and compensation management best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
