Required Qualifications:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform healthcare data analysis, reporting, and validation activities using large datasets.
• Develop SQL queries, datasets, reports, and data summaries to support business and operational needs.
• Conduct gap analysis, process analysis, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Support data integration and linkage efforts across multiple healthcare data sources and systems.
• Work with relational databases and analytical tools to compile and interpret healthcare data.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and training materials.
• Provide technical assistance and support to project stakeholders and business users.
• Experience with healthcare data analysis and statistical reporting.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with SAS, Excel, Access, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Experience working with large datasets and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMS, public health, or clinical healthcare data.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and registry reporting.
• Experience supporting government or healthcare organizations.
• Experience delivering training, presentations, and stakeholder outreach activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
