Required Qualifications:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform healthcare data analysis, reporting, and validation activities using large datasets.
- Develop SQL queries, datasets, reports, and data summaries to support business and operational needs.
- Conduct gap analysis, process analysis, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Support data integration and linkage efforts across multiple healthcare data sources and systems.
- Work with relational databases and analytical tools to compile and interpret healthcare data.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, presentations, and training materials.
- Provide technical assistance and support to project stakeholders and business users.
- Experience with healthcare data analysis and statistical reporting.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience.
- Experience with SAS, Excel, Access, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements elicitation techniques.
- Experience working with large datasets and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with EMS, public health, or clinical healthcare data.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and registry reporting.
- Experience supporting government or healthcare organizations.
- Experience delivering training, presentations, and stakeholder outreach activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
