Job Title: RSA Archer GRC Administrator

Location: Round Rock, TX

Required Qualifications:

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain RSA Archer GRC solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Configure Archer applications, workflows, forms, questionnaires, and access controls
  • Develop and support REST API and web service integrations with enterprise platforms
  • Perform JavaScript and jQuery customizations within Archer applications
  • Support risk management, compliance, and governance initiatives
  • Troubleshoot application issues, perform defect resolution, and optimize system performance
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, testing artifacts, and implementation plans
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC
  • Follow change management, release management, and governance processes for deployments
  • Support system enhancements, production support, and ongoing maintenance activities
  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security frameworks and regulatory standards
  • Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training documentation
  • Work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
