Job Title: FileNet Technical Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions using IBM FileNet technologies.
• Support enterprise content management and document management initiatives.
• Perform system integration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of FileNet P8 and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
• Experience with system integration, workflow automation, and document management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with testing, validation, and deployment processes.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with application support and production support processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
