Job Title: Senior Oracle OPENLink Developer

Required Qualifications:

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support Oracle OPENLink interfaces.
• Develop and maintain HL7 v2.x interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, and MFN message types.
• Configure message routing, mappings, transformations, and communication protocols.
• Support integrations between Oracle Millennium and external healthcare systems.
• Troubleshoot interface issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve production incidents.
• Monitor interface performance, message queues, and system health.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging standards and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with MLLP, TCP/IP, SFTP, REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with interface troubleshooting, message validation, and production support.
• Familiarity with Oracle Millennium architecture and clinical applications.
• Experience with integration engines such as Rhapsody or Mirth.
• Knowledge of FHIR, CCD/C-CDA, and X12 standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
