Required Qualifications:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support project objectives and decision-making.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, workflows, process maps, and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and recommend solutions.
• Assist in project planning, timelines, and deliverable tracking.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for project stakeholders.
• Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis and workflow documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
