Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle to support enterprise data integration and data warehousing initiatives.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL workflows, mappings, and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL processes to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Develop and support data warehouse structures, including fact and dimension models, CDC processes, and SCD implementations.
- Monitor production ETL environments, perform data validation and reconciliation, resolve issues, and ensure SLA compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6–10+years of experience in ETL Developer with extensive experience in Informatica PowerCenter and Oracle. |
| Technical Skills | Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL Development, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, CDC, SCD, ETL Performance Tuning, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Control-M, Autosys, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, Data Migration, Production Support. |
| Business / Domain Skills | Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Quality Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Production Support, Incident Management, Requirements Analysis. |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data migration and legacy system integration projects.
- Exposure to ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
