Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Data Scientists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to address business and operational challenges.
- Build, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models, generative AI applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Develop data pipelines, perform data preparation, and support model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Support AI governance, model performance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6–9 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutions. |
| Technical Skills | Python, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP) AI Frameworks, Cloud Platforms, MLOps, CI/CD, API Development, Full Stack Development. |
| Business / Domain Skills | Experience with Advanced Analytics, Business Process Automation, Solution Design, Model Governance, Stakeholder Management, Agile Development, Cross-Functional Collaboration. |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and deploying enterprise AI/ML solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, intelligent agents, and autonomous workflow systems.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services and scalable deployment architectures.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI lifecycle management.
- Understanding of responsible AI, governance, ethics, and risk management practices.
- Experience building web-based applications and integrating AI services into business platforms.
