Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 5+ years of experience in functional testing, quality assurance, system validation, or enterprise application testing. |
| Technical Skills | Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Test Case Development, Defect Management, Azure DevOps, SQL, Data Validation, Batch Testing, Interface Testing, API Testing, Test Planning, Requirements Traceability, Regression Testing. |
| Business / Domain Skills | Experience with Quality Assurance, Requirements Analysis, Business Process Validation, Defect Tracking, Test Management, Stakeholder Collaboration, SDLC, Problem Solving. |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
