Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Analyze enterprise systems and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Map data structures and business processes to ensure accurate documentation and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise applications, business process analysis, requirements gathering. |
| Technical Skills | Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Functional Specifications, Business Process Modeling, Data Flow Diagrams, Data Mapping, System Integration, Data Integration, Microsoft Office, Tableau, Business Intelligence (BI), SDLC |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Improvement, Enterprise Systems, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, Process Documentation, Communication, Business Impact Analysis, |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration technologies such as Qlik Replicate and Kafka.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other Business Intelligence platforms.
