Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and reusable UI components.
- Develop and integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and cloud-based platforms to deliver scalable web solutions.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to analyze requirements, participate in sprint activities, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Perform application testing, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 7+ years of experience in ReactJS development, frontend engineering, JavaScript frameworks, REST API integration, cloud technologies, and Agile software development. |
| Technical Skills | Frontend Development, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, UI Frameworks, RESTful APIs, Cloud Technologies |
| Business / Domain Skills | Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Application Integration, UI/UX Development, Problem Solving, Cross-Functional Collaboration |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms, API development, and enterprise application integration.
- Knowledge of Spring Boot, JSON, SOAP, API documentation tools, and frontend development best practices.
- Experience with development tools, source control, ticket management systems, and continuous integration practices.
