Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and implement demand planning enhancements, integrations, and system improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot application issues and optimize planning workflows.
- Perform solution testing, deployment support, documentation, and ongoing production maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | Minimum 6–9 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Blue Yonder Demand Planning solutions with enterprise application integration experience. |
| Technical Skills | Blue Yonder Demand Planning, Oracle Database, Linux, SQL, Application Configuration, System Integration, Production Support, Supply Chain Planning |
| Business / Domain Skills | Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Functional Consulting, Stakeholder Collaboration |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with Oracle and other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and enterprise system administration.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
