Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and sprint testing for Salesforce implementations.
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test scripts and test cases based on business requirements.
- Log, track, and verify defects while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Validate system functionality and ensure quality standards before production deployment.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience in Salesforce application testing, software quality assurance, and Agile sprint testing. |
| Technical Skills | Salesforce Testing, Test Script Creation, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Defect Tracking, Agile/Scrum, Test Case Management
|
| Business / Domain Skills | Quality Assurance, Business Requirements Validation, Sprint Planning Support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Documentation, Stakeholder Communication |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce implementations for government or public sector projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development and sprint-based testing methodologies.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
