Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and JAD sessions.
- Perform business and data analysis, evaluate data quality, and create SQL queries to support reporting and solution validation.
- Design dashboards, define KPIs and performance measures, and document business processes and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to support solution design, testing, implementation, and continuous process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise solution delivery. |
| Technical Skills | SQL, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Dashboard Development, KPI Design, Data Quality Analysis, SDLC |
| Business / Domain Skills | Business Process Analysis, JAD Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Requirements Documentation, Problem Solving, Communication |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Integrated Eligibility systems throughout the full SDLC.
- Experience with Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) or similar public sector eligibility platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
