Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Flow, APIs, and platform configuration.
- Build and enhance customer-facing digital experiences and business applications while ensuring usability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems and support automated deployment, version control, testing, and release processes.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and Agile delivery while providing technical guidance to development teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and enterprise application delivery. |
| Technical Skills | Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, APIs & Integrations, CRM Development, DevOps/Deployment Tools |
| Business / Domain Skills | CRM, Customer Service, Business Process Automation, Requirements Analysis, Application Integration, Agile Development |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce development or platform certifications are preferred.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations, integrations, and deployment automation.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
