Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze and document revenue cycle workflows, business processes, and operational requirements.
- Support billing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, payment processing, and issue resolution activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate operational requirements into system functionality, business rules, and process improvements.
- Review system outputs, identify discrepancies or process gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 8+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient accounting, billing, accounts receivable, or related financial operations. |
| Technical Skills | Revenue Cycle Management, Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable, Account Reconciliation, Healthcare Systems, Data Analysis, Workflow Documentation, Financial Systems |
| Business / Domain Skills | Healthcare Revenue Cycle, Patient Accounting, Billing Operations, Denial Management, Payment Processing, Financial Operations |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
