Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop Android applications and mobile features based on business, client, and technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements, evaluate solution alternatives, and contribute to application design and development estimates.
- Develop, test, debug, and optimize mobile applications while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to integrate applications with backend services, resolve issues, and deliver reliable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | 4+ years of experience in software development or equivalent technical experience, including strong hands-on Android application development; 8+ years of mobile development experience preferred. |
| Technical Skills | Android Development, Android Application Development, Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Mobile Application Architecture, Git, Mobile Application Testing |
| Business / Domain Skills | Mobile Application Development, Software Engineering, Requirements Analysis, Solution Design, Application Support, SDLC |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |
