Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and validate cloud integration architecture across API management, messaging, application services, data platforms, identity, networking, security, and integration technologies.
- Evaluate high availability, disaster recovery, security, scalability, infrastructure sizing, and technology options to establish appropriate architecture and implementation approaches.
- Serve as a technical escalation point, collaborating with architecture, infrastructure, security, compliance, and delivery teams to resolve complex technical issues and support implementation decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
| Experience | Experience in cloud and integration architecture including Azure, API management, enterprise integration platforms, security architecture, infrastructure design, high availability/disaster recovery, and technical solution governance. |
| Technical Skills | Microsoft Azure, Azure API Management, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Cloud Integration Architecture, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Security |
| Business / Domain Skills | Enterprise Integration, Solution Architecture, Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance, High Availability & Disaster Recovery, Cost & Resource Planning |
| Communication | Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. |
| Documentation | Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables. |
| Work Authorization | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements. |

- Experience architecting large-scale enterprise integration platforms or complex cloud transformation initiatives.
