Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Create and maintain business process flows, use cases, and workflow documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and project managers
• Support Agile project methodologies including sprint planning and backlog activities
• Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Assist with testing, validation, and implementation support activities
• Years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related technology role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience working in Agile project environments
• Knowledge of use case development and documentation

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
