Job Title: Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master

Location: Middletown, KY

Required Qualifications:

  • Acilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
  • Coordinate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure project alignment and delivery success
  • Track sprint progress, project milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers using JIRA and Azure DevOps
  • Support backlog management, user story refinement, and prioritization activities
  • Advanced experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA and MS Azure DevOps
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing sprint activities
  • Strong project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering and documentation
  • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Experience with risk management and dependency tracking
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Scrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
