Job Title: Business Analyst

Required Qualifications:

• Lead business analysis activities on software development projects
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including use cases, traceability matrices, and design documents
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with business and cross-functional teams
• Analyze production support issues, perform root cause analysis, and document corrective actions
• Develop business process models and assist in identifying process improvements
• Define functional designs and system specifications in collaboration with technical teams
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written, verbal, and presentation formats

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
