Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or investment management environments.
• Strong understanding of middle-office and/or back-office operations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and user story creation.
• Experience with UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop effective solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and PI planning.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system testing activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
