Required Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• Experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering
• Ability to create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation
• Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and test case creation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
• Project management fundamentals and coordination skills
• Experience with CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Knowledge of data governance and data management practices
• Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts
• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct stakeholder meetings and requirement gathering sessions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, and application managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
