• Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting system configurations.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices or ServiceNow ticketing workflows.
• Experience working in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate complex system concepts into business-friendly language.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, or Computer Science and Engineering or STEM related courses.
